HOW DID YPPHOTO.GRAPHY CAME ABOUT?
The name Ypphoto.graphy came about in an unplanned and unexpected manner one day while I was considering and deciding on what would be considered as a suitable personal brand name to go with on a long-term basis.
​
And while I initially was only planning on a personal brand name that could be utilized for my photography Instagram account when it was first created back in March 2020, I came to realize the significance of a personal brand name where it could be fully utilized professionally across any social platform.
​
Recently, I had also further branched out my photography Instagram account into several areas where I would personally like to showcase the different forms of content creations I had created gradually along the way.
​
Nonetheless, as Photography is still one of my main interests, I had come to a decision that Ypphoto.graphy would be a suited name to utilize based on my personal consideration and sentiment in mind! :)
In short, 'Ypphoto' depicts on my first name initials and my main interest towards Photography, while '.graphy' depicts my additional interests towards "indicating a form or process of writing, representing, etc" as well as "indicating an art or descriptive science" as described by Collins Dictionary overall! :D
How did the Tagline
'Create Content Through My Lens'
come about?
Hahaha truth be told, it was a Tagline I thought of when I was looking at my reflection one day and I realized that I was much more comfortable and used to wearing spectacles often and regularly as compared to having to live without them.
Hence that was when this idea came to my mind!

Through my eyes, it enables me to view and see what are the things I have come across, created, and designed all these times in my life.
And with me wearing spectacles often and regularly, this chosen tagline somehow really clicks and connects well with me over time.
​
Also, not to forget, as mentioned above, Photography is still one of my favourite interests all these years, hence the word 'Lens' also refers to the use of my camera lens (be it a DSLR or just simply a Mobile Phone), they have helped me to capture so many beautiful images and moments around me in my life. And thus, that was how I made my content thereafter.

Where are you currently catering your products to?
Our ready - made printed products are currently for sale in Singapore via our recognized platforms i.e Our Website's Chatbot, Order Form, Carousell, Email, and/or Instagram.
How much do you generally charge for Greeting Cards Customization overall?
Our rates are quoted based on a few key aspects:
- Level of Customizations Difficulty
- Choice of Paper Materials
- Printing Quantity and more (if any)

Currently we are unable to provide printing & shipping services for overseas customers. We do offer special offset / discount at times, inquire in for more! :)
What are the available payment modes?
Currently, we only accept payment via Carousell platform (for ready-made items),
PayNow, PayLah, and/or Bank Transfer
(for ready-made & customized items).

Are you able to do customization service(s)?
Yes, we are able to! We are currently providing 5 available slots per month for customized greeting cards. Please feel free to check in with us :) We are able to cater our customization service for you whether you're abroad and/or regional based!
What type of materials do you use for your greeting cards?
For ready-made cards, we'd use A6 Premium Quality Artcard with thickness ranging between 260 - 300gsm.
For customized cards, we'd provide a selection of card material, thickness & suitable sizing to let our customers choose from & prices would differ.

What are the options for collection of orders?
We are able to provide in-person collection
at our preferred meet-up location
upon further discussion and/or
FREE delivery for orders that reach $30 and above.
For orders below $30, we are able to provide delivery with only $2-5 surcharge. (Depends on Order's weight)

For orders below $30, delivery surcharges vary depending on the overall order's weight in total. It'd take generally 3-4 working days to be delivered.
Do you customize for any event / occasion?
Yes, we customize for any! Regardless if its for a special and/or ordinary day :) It could be your loved ones' 18th or 21st birthday, baby shower, anniversary, birthday, engagement, marriage or more, we are hear for you!
Do you have any MOQ (Minimum of Quantity)?
Nope! If you ever need just 1 card to be designed and printed by us, please feel free to always reach out to us for it :) We're more than happy to help & assist you in any way possible!
